"Felt Cheap and Didn’t Last"
I was disappointed with this. It felt cheaply made right out of the box, and after just a few rides, it already broke. Having to deal with that so soon was completely unnecessary. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

"Decent fit, but I wish the guidance was clearer"
The sizing was mostly okay, but it did start to feel a little tight after riding for a while. It’s not uncomfortable enough to be a dealbreaker, just not as comfy as I was hoping. It’s fine for shorter rides, but I do wish the instructions or sizing info had been clearer so I knew what to expect.

"The sizing does not make it make sense"
I ordered a medium, but it fits more like a small. I was expecting a normal medium fit, so this was a little confusing. Like, make it make sense.

"Seemed fine at first, but the wobble was preventable"
At first it felt okay, but once I got it out on the water, it started dragging weird and felt unstable. it seems like something that could’ve been prevented with better design or quality control

"I was really annoyed with how long..."
I was really annoyed with how long this took to arrive. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking and getting nowhere. My order showed up way later than they promised, i don’t have the patience to deal with that again. I won’t be using them next time.

"Support was helpful, just slower than I figured"
I used Ride Engine and had a question, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me and eventually sorted it out, but I was assuming it would be a bit quicker based on how these things usually go. Once they replied, the answer made sense and was clear enough. I just found myself checking for updates more than I’d like. Not a bad experience, but not anything special either. Average overall.

"Wish I hadn’t ordered through this site"
I regret using rideengine.com. The site felt all over the place, and placing an order ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be. Checkout was confusing, and for a bit I wasn’t even sure whether my order had actually gone through. It just didn’t feel smooth or reassuring at all. I probably won’t be using them again

"Warranty worked out, but returns felt slow"
I had to return a part and the whole process took longer than I thought it would. The warranty did get approved eventually, so that part was fine, but I had to email twice just to get any updates. At one point it felt like nobody had even read my message. Not a horrible experience, just slower and less clear than I expected. I might use them again, but I wouldn’t be in a rush.

"Not really worth it for what I needed"
I tried Ride Engine because I figured it might save me some time and make the whole process smoother. It did work, so I can’t say it was useless, but for my situation it didn’t really feel like I was getting enough for the price.
If someone needs exactly what they offer and doesn’t mind paying extra for convenience, maybe it makes more sense. For me, though, there are cheaper options that seem to do basically the same thing, so I walked away feeling like it was a bit overpriced...
